"I enjoy teaching "little ones" because of their excitement and joy in learning, and their ability to learn about the world around them through both play and formal instruction. I am a firm believer that every child has the capacity to learn and to grow. I see it with my students daily. I teach to instill my own love of learning about God and his creation upon my students. I also want to help my students grow in faith, knowledge, and service to others through sincere kindness and active listening."

"I teach because I enjoy watching the growth of the students when they jump from picture books to chapter books. I feel the excitement when they learn something new and that is all they want to do until they learn something else. Their excitement and growth let me know I am impacting their lives and futures. There is nothing better than watching a student start second grade unsure about reading, then leaving second grade unable to put books down because they love reading so much. Helping students nurture their strengths and tackle their weaknesses with confidence is why I went into teaching."

"I teach because I love to learn. I have the opportunity to share the information I have learned throughout my life with students. Conveying information in an uplifting and meaningful manner makes pupils eager to go out and apply their newfound understanding to the world around them. In some small part, I am able to give children the tools that they will need to forge their own path of learning and discovery."
